On 23 March, Ms Hart delivered a Session to the current cohort of PGCE Secondary Dance and PE Trainees, studying at the University of Wolverhampton. Having studied there herself, she was asked to deliver a session that discussed the Application and Interview Process, along with her own experiences of being an ECT and her progression in school, since graduating from the course in 2022. Having been at DEC since graduating, she was able to talk about her progression from ECT, to embedding her own Dance Curriculum, to becoming 'Second in PE', to her love of being a form tutor! Reflecting on her own experiences at DEC, it was an amazing opportunity to share her top tips of being in school, developing as a practitioner, and balancing her job with her out-of-school dance commitments, all of which has been possible as a result of the support she has received in school and from the Matrix Academy Trust!
