On 3 July, we were delighted to welcome our newest colleagues to Dame Elizabeth Cadbury School as part of our annual New Staff Induction Day.

The programme introduced staff to life at our school, including our values, safeguarding, attendance, SEND provision, teaching and learning, behaviour routines and personal development, while providing opportunities to meet colleagues from across the school and Matrix Academy Trust.

We wish all of our new staff every success as they begin their journey with us and look forward to the positive contribution they will make to our school community.
